What to expect
A session is 60 minutes ($250 self-pay), with a 90-minute extended option ($300) when there’s more to work through. We set shared goals, slow down the patterns that cause friction, and practice ways of talking and listening that actually land.
How G&B approaches it
This work draws on relationship counseling along with approaches such as Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST). “Integrative” means therapy and, when appropriate, medication with attention to sleep, stress, and lifestyle.
