At G&B Integrative Psychiatry, you can receive both psychiatric medication and psychotherapy from the same clinician — Kimberly Gibu, DNP, PMHNP-BC — in Honolulu or by telehealth across Hawaiʻi. Combined visits are 60 minutes ($250 self-pay).
Who it’s for
- People who want medication and therapy coordinated, not split across two offices
- Those who value continuity — one provider who knows the full picture
- Anyone whose care benefits from adjusting medication and doing therapy together
What to expect
A combined visit is 60 minutes ($250 self-pay). Part of the time is spent on how medication is working, and part on the therapy work itself. Because it’s one clinician, nothing gets lost between providers, and the plan stays coherent.
How G&B approaches it
Therapy at G&B draws on established, plain-language approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and relationship counseling. “Integrative” means medication plus therapy with attention to sleep, stress, and lifestyle.
