Who it’s for

What to expect

A therapy session is 60 minutes ($200 self-pay). We start by understanding what brings you in and what you want to be different, then work in a way that fits you. Therapy can stand alone or sit alongside medication management.

How G&B approaches it

G&B draws on established approaches, described plainly:

“Integrative” here means therapy and (when appropriate) medication with attention to sleep, stress, and lifestyle.

Insurance & fees

Self-pay fees are listed on the Fees page. Self-pay, Medicare, Optum/UHC and Med-QUEST book directly with G&B; HMSA, Cigna, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health and Curative book through Headway. See Insurance & How to Book. Coverage depends on your specific plan — please check your benefits with your insurer.

Common questions

Whichever fits you and your goals; many people blend a couple of the approaches above.

Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes.
